Procedure:

  • Step 1. Preheat your LG oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line it with two baking sheets of parchment paper, then set aside.
  • Step 2. Beat powdered sugar and butter in a bowl or mixer. Set the mixer to medium-high until combined. Add egg yolk, vanilla extract, salt, and almond extract into the mix. Mix on low for about 15 seconds. Add the remaining flour and continue to mix until doughy.
  • Step 3. Knead the dough three or four times to create a smooth ball. Flatten into a disc and roll to 1/4 inch thickness.
